This programme is about what actually drives human motivation. Not the version we wish were true, where discipline and good intentions are enough, but the version decades of research suggests is closer to the truth. Motivation is not something you either have or don't have. It is something that emerges from specific conditions, which can be understood, and built.
Across three lessons, you will learn why willpower runs out and why guilt and pressure backfire. You will discover the three psychological needs your brain requires to stay engaged, and you will begin to redesign the way you approach the things that matter most to you.
