Intellectual Property: All content on the VITA Universe platform, including but not limited to video lessons, text, graphics, logos, exercises, and program materials, is the intellectual property of VITA Universe and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written consent from VITA Universe.

Purchases & Refunds

Pricing: All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.

VITA Universe provides educational content for personal development purposes. Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITA Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access purchased program content may be revoked if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.
