Why Self-Esteem Matters - Built Through Experience
When you understand how your Self-esteem is built, everyday situations become easier to handle. You respond with more clarity, your reactions feel less overwhelmingn and you begin to trust yourself more in the moments that matter.
Self-esteem is not something you either have or don’t have it is something that is shaped over time, through what you do, what you experience, and how you understand those experiences.
When you see this clearly, something changes, you begin to understand why certain situations affect you more than others. Why you feel strong in some areas of your life and more uncertain in others, and from there, you can start to work with it.
This program is a four-lesson process built around a simple, practical model:
-First, you understand what Self-esteem really is and how it is built through everyday experience.
-Then, you identify where in your life it shows up, and what you base your self-worth on.
-Next, you learn why it often doesn’t change, even when you try to think differently.
-Finally, you begin to train your Self-esteem in a concrete way, through your actions and your interpretations.
Across the program, you move from understanding how your Self-esteem is formed, to recognising it in your daily life, to working with it in a more intentional and practical way.
You’ll learn how to:
1.Recognise where you feel secure — and where you tend to doubt yourself
2.Understand what you repeatedly learn about yourself in different situations
3.Work more consciously with your self-talk and your interpretations
4.Build a more stable and supportive way of relating to yourself over time
